Canadian Heroes 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament

2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament Monday, June 18, 2012 11:30am Knollwood Golf Course (Old Course- 1276 Shaver Rd. Ancaster) This year Canadian Heroes and Astral Media are once again teaming up with Knollwood Golf Course for the 2nd Annual Canadian Heroes Charity Golf Tournament in order to raise funds to help build a memorial park for fallen soldier Cpl. Matthew McCully in Orangeville, Ontario. Cpl. Matthew McCully was on his second tour of duty in Afghanistan when he was killed by an improvised explosive device (IED) during Operation Hoover Friday, becoming Canada's 55th soldier to die in combat there since 2002. The tournament is being held Monday, June 18th 2012, at Knollwood Golf Club. It promises to be a terrific time for all, while raising money for a great cause. Tickets are $150 or $500 for a foursome.
