Sunday September 25th 2011 2:32pm in the town of Omemee Ontario at The Canadian Royal Legion Branch 479 there was an unveiling of a Memorial Plaque. This bears the name of 2 local Soldiers whom lost their lives in Afghanistan. Private Michael Bruce Freeman and Corporal Mark Robert McLaren MMV. This was organized by the Omemee and District Horticultural Society with the help of volunteers and local businesses. See Image attached.
